Regional Visits

As part of the seed funding activities in order to set up the Association of Lao Australian Scholarship Alumni (ALASA), regional visits to Cambodia and Vietnam by the alumni interim committee was organized.

The regional visit team to Cambodia included:
• Viboon Sithimolada ALASA Interim Committee Member
• Vilayphone Chouramany ALASA Interim Committee Member
• Manivanh Phoumavong AusAID Representative
The regional visit team to Vietnam is composed of:
• Souvanno Sphabmixay, ALASA Interim Committee Leader
• Khamphone Saypaseuth, ALASA Interim Committee Secretariat

As both regional visits went very well, the teams have gained a lot of useful information from meeting and discussing with Alumni in Cambodia and Vietnam. For reports of the regional visits, please find the attached files.
